This course allows to access a more integrated view of our own creativity and articulate it clearly by writing the Artistic Practice, a document that describes why, how and what we create.
Either two or five days containing each two sessions.
The workshop starts with an introduction to the field of Deep Psychology and a presentation of the framework. After that students are invited into explorative artistic practices from the fields of literature, visual arts and performing arts. The insights from these activities are discussed in group conversations and finally formulated into the Artistic Practice through personal reflection and writing.
It’s a space focused on growth and mutual support. Where we practice witnessing without judgement and focus on inner work and authentic creation, letting go of external validation, inviting playfulness.
